Small Business Prints
Any custom orders are non-refundable because MorCelebrations cannot resell those items. If the item has been damaged due to MorCelebrations we will refund you.
Once an order is started no additional items can be added. No payment no order. Once you confirm your design MorCelebrations will not approve any further changes to your design please make sure you choose the correct design.
MorCelebrations will send a preview of your design to the email address that you registered with once you place your order. We will send a mock-up for your review. Approval and change requests will need to be submitted within 48 hours of your design being sent. If no response is received the order will be shipped as is.
We accept 3 design changes, more than 3 design changes will require a $15.00 design fee per change. All orders are shipped via UPS and will ship in 5-7 days.
